A multi-unit condominium complex in downtown Wilmington needed a full roof and siding replacement across several connected buildings. Coordinating an HOA project means keeping every unit dry and access clear while the work moves building to building.
We phased the tear-off and re-roof so residents were never left exposed, replaced the siding to match the community look, and kept the site clean throughout. The result is a consistent, updated exterior across the whole complex.
