A coastal craftsman home in the Landfall community of Wilmington received a full roof replacement in GAF architectural shingles with StainGuard Plus, the algae-resistant option that keeps a roof looking clean in the humid coastal climate.
Along with the roof we installed new gutters and upgraded the soffit ventilation, improving airflow through the attic and helping the whole system last longer.
